KSA WRITING

July 19th, 2009

Also known as Knowledge, Skills and Abilities & (Other), a KSA — or KSAO — is a series of narrative statements that must accompany Federal resumes when applying to many state and federal government job openings. A determing factor in the hiring process, a KSA is usually rated using a point system, from 1 to 10. Because KSA’s are so specific, preparing them yourself will require several hours of research in order to learn the necessary requirements and to prevent your application from being disqualified.

With Hiring Hand we have years of experience writing and coaching individuals on how to effectively write KSA’s for specific job topics. Download one of our pre-made KSA’s, or simply contact us to write your KSA’s for you.
